Instructions
Prep the Skewers (Optional):
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
Prepare the Beef:
- In a bowl, mix the sliced skirt steak with soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, sugar, curry powder, and black pepper. For best flavor, marinate for 30-45 minutes (or at least 5-10 minutes if in a rush).
Skewer the Beef:
- Thread the marinated beef strips onto soaked skewers, scrunching the meat along the length of each skewer. Place skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with additional black pepper.
Broil the Skewers:

Finish and Serve:
